Everytown, USA. Population 496,611. All under the watchful eye of corrupt mayor Big Jimmy, who’s actually just a bunch of rats in an ill-fitting Brooks Brothers suit. As Big Jimmy plots to tighten his grip on Everytown (with the support of the President and brand new cutting edge sex technology courtesy of Elon Musk, of course), there’s only one person who can stop him: political blogger Connie Lingus.

Originally conceived as a 7 part episodic series with SERIALS, C. Lingus, Independent Journalist is part noir, part sex comedy, part satire, and all a lampooning of our current political moment.
