An ensemble exploration of the barriers in health care, assumptions around our bodies, the importance of proper sexual health, & how to battle the shame & stigmas that have dominated these conversations for far too long.
We'll answer important life-long questions like, what the heck is a kegel? (Not to be confused with kugels, a delicious culinary delicacy).
